Research on a New Process for High-precision finned main tubes


In response to the current market issues such as significant wall thickness deviations and uneven physical properties of the main tubes used in the production of finned tubes, research on process improvement was conducted to develop high-precision and high-performance main tubes for finned tubes, thereby processing finned tube products of higher quality. The research focuses on adjusting the processing technology of the existing main pipe production to enhance the accuracy of the wall thickness deviation of the pipe. The heat treatment of the existing process is studied to make the overall physical properties of the copper tube material tend to be more uniform.




2. Research on the New Generation of high-performance Heat Exchange Tubes


The company focuses on developing high-performance heat exchange tube products for large central air conditioning evaporators and condensers. The products are formed by mechanical processing to create a complex three-dimensional structure on the inner and outer surfaces of the heat exchange tubes. The innovative and specially designed combination clamping and spinning rolling make the inner and outer surfaces of the tubes form a complex three-dimensional structure, which improves the boiling or condensation effect and enhances the heat exchange performance of the products. Reduce the product weight and pressure drop inside the tubes, decrease the usage of refrigerants, lower greenhouse gas emissions, reduce energy consumption, and improve the heat transfer effect by more than 10% compared with similar products.




3. Research and development of stainless steel three-dimensional structure finned tubes


For heat exchangers in special industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, power, and refrigeration that contain corrosive substances, stainless steel high-efficiency finned heat exchange tubes that can significantly increase the boiling or condensation heat transfer coefficient between the outer surface of the heat exchange tube and the liquid outside the tube, and also reduce weight, are adopted. These tubes can withstand harsh operating environments and provide a type of heat exchange tube with strong oxidation and corrosion resistance. The research focuses on the material of the existing molds for processing copper alloy finned tubes and the processing characteristics of the improved material molds for stainless steel finned structures. Through theoretical and practical experience, a reasonable processing technology and applicable processing molds suitable for processing the three-dimensional finned structures of high-efficiency stainless steel finned tubes are developed.




4. Research on core molds


The company has established an automated mold processing center, independently researching, designing and processing core molds to ensure product accuracy and performance stability.


By researching the existing mold materials, enhancing the wear resistance and toughness of the molds, introducing high-precision mold processing equipment, continuously improving the processing accuracy of the molds, and increasing the fin rolling capacity, a solid foundation has been laid for processing high-performance and high-quality high-efficiency heat exchange finned tubes.




5. Research on the new refrigerant test


The next few years will witness a period of rapid development for the domestic commercial central air conditioning industry. The future technological development trend of commercial central air conditioning will undoubtedly be characterized by environmental protection and energy conservation. Moreover, with the enhancement of human environmental awareness, new environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R1233zd, R513A, R1234yf, and R515B are being widely applied. Therefore, It is very necessary to update and replace the current test data under R134a refrigerant.
