The company's technology center was founded in 2002, the company and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology launched a joint research institute to strengthen heat transfer, committed to the development of energy-efficient components, and built the first domestic copper tube heat transfer performance test stand. In 2009, the company's technology center was identified as the provincial engineering technology center, and in 2010, based on the technology center, the Jiangsu Province Enterprise academician Workstation was established in cooperation with Xi 'an Jiaotong University. The "New copper and copper alloy efficient seamless finned tube" developed by the company's technology center has reached the international advanced level and won the first prize of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Progress in 2010. With the advancement of the company's annual output of 15,000 tons of high-precision finned tube project, the technology center will increase the procurement of new testing equipment and testing instruments and the development of new process technology, so that the testing equipment and technology level reach the international advanced level. Relying on the enterprise technology Center as the platform, the company develops several new products every year. In the past three years, a total of 16 research and development projects, a total of 6 new products in 2010, 5 in 2011, and 5 in 2012. The project products developed mainly focus on product upgrading, energy saving and material saving, process optimization and so on. The main projects include copper alloy high efficiency condensing pipe, spray evaporation pipe, stainless steel low fin pipe, straight inner groove pipe, high fin pipe, fin tube and other new production processes, increasing the company's new product series varieties, and trial-producing a variety of pipe types for Tianjin Seawater Desalination Research Institute, assisting it to complete the national 973 plan.
