· Research on new technology of high precision finned tube
In view of the large wall thickness deviation and uneven physical properties of finned tube in the market at present, the process improvement research was carried out, and the finned tube with high precision and excellent performance was developed, and the finned tube with higher quality was processed. This paper studies and adjusts the processing technology of the existing pipe production to provide the precision of the wall thickness deviation of the pipe. By studying the heat treatment of the existing process, the whole physical properties of copper pipe materials tend to be more uniform.

· Research and development of high-performance heat exchange tubes for a new generation of falling film evaporators
The main products of the research and development project are mainly used in the new falling film evaporator of central air conditioning technology, and the heat transfer performance is more than 15% higher than that of the first generation of falling film evaporation tube, which can improve the efficiency of the central air conditioning unit, reduce the use of refrigerant, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce energy consumption. The new fin structure is studied, and the evaporation of R134a refrigerant after spraying to the surface of the pipe is studied, so as to verify its beneficial effect on improving the evaporative heat transfer coefficient by test.

· Research and development of stainless steel three-dimensional structure finned tubes
For the heat exchangers of chemical, petroleum, electric power, refrigeration and other special industries containing corrosion, the use of stainless steel high-efficiency fin heat exchange tubes can make the boiling or condensation heat transfer coefficient between the outer surface of the heat exchange tube and the liquid outside the tube is significantly improved, and can also reduce the weight, which can resist the harsh use environment and provide a heat exchange tube with strong oxidation corrosion resistance. The material of the existing copper alloy finned tube die and the processing characteristics of the improved material die on the stainless steel finned structure were studied, and the reasonable processing technology and suitable processing die for the three-dimensional finned structure of the stainless steel high-efficiency finned tube were studied through theory and practical experience.
